Technical Project Manager – Real Estate (Freelance/Flexible)
Location: The Hague region | Start: Immediately | Hours: Minimum 8 hours per week

Rhodium Real Estate owns a diverse real estate portfolio in the The Hague region. Our projects range from (re)development of residential properties to full renovation and transformation of offices, retail spaces, and mixed-use buildings.

To support these projects, we are looking for an independent:

Technical Project Manager - Real Estate

As a Technical Project Manager, you will be involved from the planning phase through to project completion. You will oversee execution, monitor progress, and act as the main point of contact between contractors, consultants, and Rhodium Real Estate.

Your responsibilities include:

-       Managing renovation and redevelopment projects

-       Directly supervising and coordinating contractors and other executing parties

-       Attending site meetings and reporting to Rhodium

-       Reviewing quotations and verifying invoices

-       Identifying issues and safeguarding quality, timelines, and budgets

We are looking for someone who:

-       Has a technical background (construction or building services engineering)

-       Has experience with both residential and commercial real estate projects

-       Can think commercially and contribute to maximizing project returns

-       Works independently and communicates clearly

-       Is flexibly available and preferably based in the The Hague region
