The Hague, 25 September 2025 – Rhodium has sold the property at Prins Willemstraat 41 in The Hague to a developer active in healthcare and hotel projects. The transaction was facilitated by NDRP Real Estate and RBM real estate.
The property concerns a former healthcare center with a floor area of approximately 966 m² GFA, spread across the basement, ground floor, and the first and second floors. The building is highly suitable for social purposes, aligning well with the buyer’s ambitions. The sale is part of the re-positioning of Rhodium’s portfolio.
